PTO Dances are not only fun, but they're inclusive. Every dance has free admission for any Hickey Student. Our fundraising is done at the snack bar with surprisingly affordable prices so that everyone can come and have a great time.

Hickey PTO Bingo Nights are free to play for students and family members.. Everyone has a chance to win great prizes while enjoying a snack from our extensive snack bar.

The core mssion of the Hickey PTO is to build Pride In the Pack and that begins with our amazing staff and teachers. The Hickey PTO will plan activities and events throughout the year to show our love and appreciation for the staff and teachers in our pack.

Reading Week is our Superbowl!
Hickey PTO takes reading week VERY seriously. Our volunteers help coordinate an experience where community members can come read to students and see what it's like to be a part of the Hickey Husky Pack
It's Hickey's 20th Birthday!
Hickey Elementary is in our 20th school year. We opened in 2006 marking twenty years of service to the community and to the legacy of Liliam Lujan Hickey. The PTO will be working to enthusiastically mark the occasion .
Time for Career Week!
Liliam Lujan Hickey founded Career Week, In keeping with the tradition, PTO will be bringing back career week to Hickey Elementary this year. Our career week is scheduled for May 4th - the 8th. More info to come!
What is the Hickey PTO?
The Hickey Elementary School Parent-Teacher Organization is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with the mission to help make Hickey Elementary the best school it can possibly be.
We will do this by engaging parents, teachers, staff, administrators, and community members.
In addition to engaging in "Teacher Appreciation" activities, we will put on events, host fundraisers, and make Hickey a positive and fun learning environment for our students, teachers, and staff.
